DNAi Health

The fully agentic health record

The electronic health record built on Asha. The AI drafts the note with its evidence attached and runs evidence-grounded clinical decision support at the point of care. A physician reviews and signs. The chart keeps cryptographic provenance from first draft to filed record.

How it works

How a visit becomes a record

1

Asha drafts

Previsit prep, ambient or dictated notes, and draft orders arrive with provenance chips: every AI-asserted fact points at its source, from the visit transcript to the clinical guideline.

2

The physician signs

Nothing files itself. A clinician reviews, edits, and signs before anything reaches the chart. The signature is the gate, on every note and every order.

3

The ledger remembers

The record keeps cryptographic provenance and a complete audit log: who saw what, who signed what, and which evidence stood behind it at the time.

What's inside

A working clinic, on one surface

The daily desk

Today's schedule, pending visits, and the results inbox in one view, with Asha one keystroke away.

Notes with receipts

Ambient and dictated documentation drafted into structured notes, every claim carrying its provenance chip.

Clinical decision support

Draft results interpretations, guideline checks, and interaction flags arrive with their sources attached, for the clinician to independently review, accept, amend, or reject.

Billing rails

Statements on the practice letterhead, payment links, refunds, and reconciliation, tied back to the visit.

Audit log

Every access and every signature, recorded. The chart can answer "who knew what, when" without a discovery project.

Transcripts, wherever care happens

Ambient AI captures the in-person visit and virtual visits are transcribed natively. Calendars and documents can flow in from the tools your practice already uses; our founding practice runs on Google Workspace.

Built for accountability

Designed so trust is checkable

A physician's name on everything

Clinical artifacts require a clinician's review and signature before they file. The AI drafts; it never signs.

PHI isolated by design

Patient-identifiable data lives in a dedicated, isolated store, and AI processing of PHI runs behind a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.

Provenance you can replay

Evidence is hashed and chained, so the record of why a note said what it said survives as long as the note does.

Live in practice

DNAi Health runs today in a New York rare-disease practice, with the founding physicians as its first users. We are onboarding a small number of pilot clinics.
